  • 1. How long can I get the feedback after we sent the inquiry?

  • 2. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are a professional relay manufacturer, and we also have our international trade department, with 29,000 square metres of self-built factories and 20 fully automated production lines, from research and development, production, to sales are all done in-house, to ensure product quality and supply stability.

  • 3. What products can you offer?

    We are mainly engaged in relays, covering 5 series, including power relays, industrial relays, electric latching relay, signal relays, new energy relays, safety relays, etc., which are suitable for different voltage and current requirements.

  • 4. What applications do your products relate to?

    Our relay products are widely used in smart homes (smart switches, smart sockets), household appliances (air conditioners, refrigerators), smart meters, industrial control (PLC, inverters, servo systems), photovoltaic new energy (inverters, energy storage systems, charging piles), and other fields.

  • 5. Can you do customized products?

    Yes, we can! We have 40+ patents and a provincial R&D centre. We can provide PCB mounting adjustment, special specification customisation, high load optimisation, and other services according to customers' needs.

  • 6. Do you have some standard parts?

    We produce both standardised relay products and accept non-standard customised orders. We have a complete range of standard products, and we can also customise the production according to the specific requirements of customers, providing customers with flexible product choices.

  • 7. How about the capacity of your company?

    We have 20 fully automated production lines, with an annual production capacity of 150 million relays and a monthly production capacity of 7 million, which will be increased to 12 million after the commissioning of the new plant, enabling us to respond quickly to the demand for large-volume orders.

  • 8. How many employees of your company have? What about the technicians?

    Our company has nearly 500 employees, including more than 40 professional R&D and technical personnel, accounting for about 8% of the total number of employees.

  • 9. How to guarantee the quality of your goods?

    We have established a good quality management system, passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, our products have obtained UL, TUV, CQC, and other authoritative certificates, and we adopt a 100,000 clean room and an automated production line, and strictly test each batch of products to ensure stable and reliable product quality.

  • 10. What’s the payment term?

    We offer two main payment methods: FOB trade terms and T/T wire transfer. For FOB transactions, we are responsible for delivering the goods to the designated port of shipment and completing the export customs clearance procedures. Meanwhile, we also accept T/T telegraphic transfer payment, using the payment method of seeing the copy of the bill of lading, the specific payment terms can be negotiated flexibly according to the amount of the order and the cooperation situation.

  • 11. How to deliver the goods to us?

    We provide our customers with professional and efficient international logistics services, according to the characteristics of the products and customer demand for flexible arrangements for sea or air transport programs.

  • 12. Where are your products mainly exported to?

    Our products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions all over the world, and the main export markets include Germany, Britain, Italy, and other European countries, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and other American countries, as well as South Korea, Vietnam, India, and other Asian countries.
