
On May 10, 2026, Zhejiang Fanhar Electronics Co., Ltd. successfully held its annual team building event at Yunlan Bay, Jiashan County, under the theme “United in Heart and Mind, Forging the Future with Wisdom.” The event centered around four core modules: ice-breaking and integration, challenge and collaboration, innovative communication, and team tempering. Its aim was to help employees relieve work pressure, enhance team cohesion, and inspire innovative thinking and a spirit of perseverance.
The event was planned and executed by the Jiaxing Jintuo Education Team. At 9:00 a.m., the day kicked off with a lively ice-breaking session. Guided by professional coaches, staff members broke down departmental barriers and were randomly divided into eight groups. Each group had five minutes to select a captain and decide on a team name, slogan, emblem, and formation display. Through collective brainstorming, the eight teams were born: Light Chasers, Wolf Pack, Wolf Pack DISCO, Blade Edge, Agent 5, Ant Squad, All Right Team, and Set Sail. The highly creative team names and dynamic formation displays quickly ignited the atmosphere.

After the ice-breaking session, the teams moved on to the “Mission 150” challenge. The eight teams completed practice and competition rounds for four tasks: Energy Transfer, Unshakeable Forest, Drumming Hearts, and Rhythmic Clapping. These challenges tested not only individual physical fitness but also strategic communication and execution at the team level. Teams developed seamless coordination during practice, continuously improving their completion times. The morning session concluded with a five-minute assessment for each team, with the Light Chasers taking the top spot at 3 minutes and 9 seconds.



At lunchtime, a unique activity saw each team cook their own “wild rice meal.” Based on the number of cooking sets, the eight teams temporarily reorganized into 12 cooking squads. Team members divided the work: some lit the fires and boiled water, while others took charge of cooking and seasoning. Forty minutes later, pots of fragrant wild rice meal were served. This hard-earned, do-it-yourself lunch was a satisfying treat for all and brought everyone closer together.


Following a midday break and tactical review, the afternoon challenges escalated in difficulty. The teams faced two ultimate events requiring even greater wisdom and teamwork: Da Vinci’s Code and the Survival Wall. In the Survival Wall challenge, all members had to scale a smooth vertical wall about 4.2 meters high without any external tools. This task not only tested overall coordination and collective strength but also aligned perfectly with Fanhar Electronics’ core philosophy of “intelligent manufacturing.” It gave every employee a profound understanding that “Forging the Future with Wisdom” is not just the company’s vision but a real demand for innovative thinking and teamwork from every Fanhar member. Ultimately, all participants succeeded in scaling the wall in 29 minutes and 30 seconds.

After a full day of fierce competition, the eight teams not only earned honors but also gained trust and friendship with one another. The event concluded successfully with a debriefing and reflection session for all teams. The success of this team building event not only enhanced employees’ sense of belonging to the company but also further demonstrated Fanhar Electronics’ solid soft power in corporate culture as a national high-tech enterprise.
