FHS-016 High-precision anti-interference copper shunt

FHS-016 High-precision anti-interference copper shunt is a professional-grade shunt made of high-purity electrolytic copper, designed for precision current measurement in harsh environments. The product has extremely low resistance temperature drift characteristics (TCR) and thermal stability, and can maintain stable performance over a wide temperature range. It is particularly suitable for fields with strict long-term accuracy requirements such as smart meters, electric vehicle charging systems, and industrial power monitoring. Its optimized four-terminal Kelvin connection structure effectively reduces the impact of contact resistance, and combined with precision alloy materials, it ensures that the measurement accuracy of 0.5 can still be maintained under 500A high current conditions. The core advantage of this product lies in its anti-interference performance. Through the unique magnetic shielding structure and multi-layer composite plating process, it can effectively suppress more than 90% of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and voltage fluctuation interference, which is particularly suitable for industrial scenarios with strong electromagnetic interference, such as photovoltaic inverters and servo drive systems. The patented current-sharing structure makes the current distribution more uniform. Combined with the special manganese-copper alloy material, the temperature drift coefficient is less than 20ppm/℃ in the working range of -40℃ to +85℃, which greatly improves the measurement reliability in complex environments. As an industrial-grade high-precision current detection solution, FHS-016 has been successfully applied to key areas such as smart grids, energy storage systems, and rail transit.
