FH30L-90 Series High-Power New Energy Relay | 90A High-Current Switching, the Core Control Component for Charging Piles and Smart Buildings

In high-power scenarios such as EV charging piles, smart home control systems, and industrial lighting, a relay is not just about "on and off." It must switch reliably under high current, maintain its state after power loss, and continue working in harsh environments over the long term. The FH30L-90 Series High-Power New Energy Relay is designed exactly for these demanding requirements. The series includes the AC load type FH30L-90 and the DC load type FH30LD-90, offering 90A high-current switching capability, low-power driving, and high insulation design, making it a reliable choice for new energy and industrial control applications..

Why Choose the FH30L-90 Series Relay?

Long Electrical Life and Excellent Reliability

Item Parameter
Mechanical Life  500,000 operations
Electrical Life (AC Load)  6,000 operations
Electrical Life (DC Load) 10,000 operations
Contact Material   AgSnO₂
Contact Resistance  ≤2mΩ

High mechanical durability ensures stability during frequent long-term operation; stable electrical life greatly reduces maintenance and replacement frequency; AgSnO₂ contacts provide excellent resistance to arc erosion and welding, ensuring reliable long-term contact.

Flexible Control and Installation

The FH30L-90 Series adopts a magnetic latching structure. The coil only needs a pulse trigger to complete state switching, after which the magnetic circuit maintains the contact state without continuous power. This brings two direct benefits: first, it reduces the continuous power consumption of the control circuit; second, the contact state is not lost after power failure.

The series offers multiple coil options to meet different driving circuit requirements:

The sensitive single coil consumes as low as 1.5W, making it energy-efficient. Both single-coil and double-coil structures are available to match different driving circuits. Some models can also be equipped with a manual control switch for debugging, maintenance, or emergency operation. The minimum product size is 39.0×15.0×30.2mm, suitable for PCB mounting and easy to arrange in charging pile control boards, smart home modules, or industrial power boards.

Robust Structure and Wide Environmental Adaptability

Two structure options are available: Flux Proofed and Plastic Sealed. The flux-proofed type is suitable for clean environments; for industrial environments containing H₂S, SO₂, NO₂, dust, and other pollutants, the plastic-sealed type is recommended. The plastic-sealed type does not have a manual control switch; if a manual switch is required, only the flux-proofed type can be selected.
